One roster, every dimension
Dates, trainers, rooms and participants belong to the same plan, so Fidelo keeps them on one visual roster. Assignments run automatically or day by day, a substitute replaces an absent trainer inside the plan — and a double-booked room simply cannot happen.
The course is only the middle
Before the course comes the registration, after it the certificate. Online forms land every sign-up directly in the system, invoices come from your own templates, and recorded attendance turns into certificates of participation — no second tool.

No — the roster plans courses, seminars and workshops alike, with trainers, rooms and time slots kept conflict-free.
Can trainers see their own courses?
Yes — trainers access the software with their own login, see their courses and participants and enter course content, scores, notes, attendance and progress on a daily or weekly basis.
How do participants register?
Through online forms on your own website — embedded via WordPress or TYPO3 plugin or as a widget, with PayPal, Stripe or Klarna built in. Every registration lands directly in the system.
