Our story
More than twenty years of one focused mission.
We started in 2005, building fresh, all-inclusive management software for the international language-school market — and expanded to language-travel agencies a few years later. Today more than 1,500 users a year run their work on Fidelo.
Development has always been driven by the needs of our customers: new features grow out of requirements schools and agencies bring to us from their daily work — and are refined with them in live operation.
Our closeness to the industry comes from twenty years of daily collaboration: migrations, support cases and feature requests from the schools and agencies working with Fidelo have flowed directly into the product. The company is led by managing director Mark Koopmann in Cologne.
