How much does Fidelo School cost?
Fidelo School is priced per administrative user per month: the Basic package ranges from €25 (51+ users) to €80 (single user), the Pro package from €32 to €95. Students, teachers and agents are always free. All prices exclude VAT.
How much does Fidelo School Local cost?
Fidelo School Local is priced per administrative user per month: Local Basic ranges from €20 (51+ users) to €70 (single user). Participants and trainers are always free. All prices exclude VAT.
How much does Fidelo Agency cost?
Fidelo Agency is priced per administrative user per month: Basic ranges from €25 (51+ users) to €80 (single user), Pro from €32 to €95. Your customers, students and partner schools are free. Optional add-ons (e.g. PayPal forms, Single Sign-On, XML invoices for Italy) cost €25–50 per month. All prices exclude VAT.
Can we migrate our existing data to Fidelo?
Yes — the Fidelo team imports enquiries, bookings, services, invoices, payments, providers, agencies and teachers for you, including from Class, Easymate, SchoolWorks, FileMaker, Access, Excel and SQL databases.
Who counts as a user?
Only administrative users — the people on your team who work in the back office. Student, teacher and agent logins are free and unlimited, and the volume tier follows the number of administrative users: the more you add, the lower the price per user.
Why per user instead of per student?
Because it keeps your costs predictable. Your team rarely grows overnight — your student numbers do. With Fidelo, students, courses and bookings are unlimited: a strong season or a growth year never changes your invoice, only a bigger back-office team does.
What currency will I be billed in?
In euros (EUR). All prices on this page are euro amounts excluding VAT, and invoices are issued in euros as well.
