Fidelo Agency is priced per administrative user per month: Basic ranges from €25 (51+ users) to €80 (single user), Pro from €32 to €95. Your customers, students and partner schools are free. Optional add-ons (e.g. PayPal forms, Single Sign-On, XML invoices for Italy) cost €25–50 per month. All prices exclude VAT.
How does Fidelo Agency manage partner schools?

Does Fidelo Agency support multiple currencies?
Yes. Accounting works with multiple currencies and different VAT rates; exchange rates are loaded automatically every day. Commission is calculated automatically per partner school and booking.
Can quotations and bookings run through our own website?
Yes. Price lists, course and accommodation lists plus quotation and registration forms are embedded on your site via WordPress or TYPO3 plugin — or as a widget on any website — and feed directly into the system.
