When is Pro worth it over Basic?
As soon as one of these is part of your routine: students, teachers or agencies should get their own logins or the app, commissions should be calculated automatically, your accounting needs exports to Datev, Xero, Sage 50 or QuickBooks, or you want to connect Fidelo to other systems via API or CRM sync.
Does Pro include everything in Basic?
Yes. Pro builds on Basic: the complete core operation — enquiries, bookings, invoices, scheduling, attendance, forms, payments and reports — is included; the advanced capabilities come on top.
Does Pro apply to both Fidelo School and Fidelo Agency?
Yes — Basic and Pro apply to both Fidelo School and Fidelo Agency at the same prices. You pay per administrative user per month in euros; students, teachers and agents are always free.
How is Pro billed?
Per administrative user per month, across six volume tiers — the more users, the lower the per-user rate. Every tier is published on the pricing page; students, teachers and agents never cost anything. All amounts in euros, excluding VAT.
