Local Basic price per user
The per-user price drops with every volume tier.

Frequently asked questions
Who is Local Basic enough for?
Local Basic covers the complete course operation: registrations and invoices, course and seminar scheduling with attendance, online registration and payment forms, plus payments and reports. It is enough as long as participants and trainers don’t need their own logins.
What does Local Pro add?
Three areas: the participant app with trainer login, advanced accounting with exports (Datev, Xero, Sage 50, QuickBooks), and APIs, CRM sync and advanced integrations.
Can we upgrade later?
Yes. Both packages run on the same platform — moving up is a package change, not a new implementation. Your data, settings and workflows stay as they are.
Do participants or trainers cost extra?
No. Billing is per administrative user per month in euros only — participants and trainers are always free, no matter how many there are.
