Frequently asked questions
Who is Basic enough for?
Basic covers the complete core operation: enquiries, bookings and invoices, scheduling and attendance, online registration and quote forms, plus accounting, payments and reports. It is enough as long as students, teachers or agencies don’t need their own logins and you don’t settle commissions automatically.
What does Pro have that Basic doesn’t?
Four areas: advanced accounting with exports (Datev, Xero, Sage 50, QuickBooks), the student app with teacher and agency logins, automatic commission calculation, and APIs, CRM sync and advanced integrations.
Can we upgrade later?
Yes. Both packages run on the same platform — moving up is a package change, not a new implementation. Your data, settings and workflows stay as they are.
Does Basic apply to both Fidelo School and Fidelo Agency?
Yes — Basic and Pro apply to both Fidelo School and Fidelo Agency at the same prices. You pay per administrative user per month in euros; students, teachers and agents are always free.
